Susan Bogart has represented clients in all manner of arbitrations and mediations as well as served as a chairperson, arbitrator, and mediator in employment and financial related matters. She has been certified by the Circuit court, the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a chairperson for arbitrations and to handle mediation. As a result of her experience as a mediator and arbitrator, she is able to resolve matters via alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
